George C does the NY Marathon

Well done to George C..............

Met up in NY - Firstly a great city to meet family or friends. One of the greatest in the world, secondly what a perfect day. Sunshine, cool weather, amazing crowd and sound systems...... We pre arranged a point and right on que he ran past, we waved and hes off. We managed to catch eye contact and if you think of how many runners, hos big it is then its amazing.

So - With zero training really, also stuffed full of Banana pie and whipped cream from the greek famil who hosted him a meal the night before he managed 3.24 and a PB.

Bloody well done son.
